  All varietal, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III has a perfumed, floral character as well as lots of blue fruits (cassis and blueberries) intermixed with lots of tobacco, damp earth, leafy herbs, and chocolate. With plenty of classic Cabernet herbal, bell pepper, and pyrazine nuances (I wouldn't call it green, but we're getting close), it's full-bodied, has a rounded mouthfeel, and enough tannins to warrant 2-4 years of bottle age. It should keep for 15-20 years.
