Frequently Asked Questions

How do you ship?
Our wines are shipped in Fedex certified wine shippers (molded to bottle including pulp and styrofoam). Also PLEASE see Shipping Info for guidelines and suggestions as to 'ship to address'.

Where do you Ship?

Mainland United States but we cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Delaware, Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Utah. For more information on state laws concerning shipments of alcohol, visit: Wine Institute

Do you have a particular wine?

Our inventory online is accurate so if you see it online, we have it. If you don't see it online email cheri@ckcollectorwine.com and we can try to track it down or special order it if the wine is still available from our distributors.

Can I pick up wines from your warehouse?
Yes. You can pick up any wine you see on our website at our warehouse. The easiest is to order online and select "Local Pick up" option. We will email you when the order is ready. Please contact us if you'd like to visit our office/warehouse - by appointment only.

Can you hold my order until I am ready for it or if the weather is too hot or cold?
Absolutely! Just let us know at time of purchase.   We also reserve the right to HOLD wines for shipment if the weather in Florida or the Destination State could prove detrimental to the wine  (i.e. over 85 degrees F or under 40 degrees).

How is your wine stored?

CKCW has stored the wines properly at our temperature controlled and monitored warehouse.  We opt to ship early in the workweek to prevent the possibility of wine sitting in a warehouse over a weekend.

I see older vintages and want to know where it was purchased?
All our older vintage wines were purchased originally by us from the winery or distributor.

Do you accept returns?

CKCW is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If there are any problems with your shipment let us know immediately.  - Please contact us at cheri@ckcollectorwine.com and describe the issue you are having and we will respond in a timely manner.

However, please be sure to note our section “Condition of Wine at time of sale” under Shipping Info.

Also, CKCW cannot guarantee the condition of any wine if the wine is not received the first time the shipper attempts delivery. If there is no one home to sign for the package, the wine may be held in the shipper's facility that is not temperature controlled.
