Containing 1% Malbec and 1% Petit Verdot, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium garnet-purple color with an herbal/medicinal nose and baked fruits notions plus earthy hints of damp soil and tree bark. The medium to full-bodied palate is firm and chewy, with innocuous black berry flavors and a rather prompt finish.
